Hey guys we are looking into designing and manufacturing our own axle housing replacement for the JK. So far we have come up with a front axle with 3.31"OD x .53" wall DOM tubes and the equivalent of Dana 60 inner C's. It would come with full JK ESP, ABS and Speedometer compatibility, with the option to swap stock D44 internals and lockers into it or to use aftermarket internals. The housing would run right around $1400 so it would be one of the least expensive options on the market.
I didn't include many details because this is an idea we are still just tossing around but wanted to get some input from you guys on what you would like to see in this type of axle housing.
