At Jim Ellis Audi - Marietta we have a huge commitment to customer satisfaction in that we have at this time 98 cars in our service loaner fleet. One of the largest fleets in the Southeast. The purpose of this fleet is to provide Audi quality complementary alternate transportation to our customers while their vehicles are in our Service Center for repairs. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible.
In the Atlanta area most luxury dealers have small fleets of service loaner cars. Most only place into loaner service their most basic low end models. Some even have their basic model cars for their owners and a small fleet of another lower end brand like a Honda, etc. for service customers who did not buy from them. At Jim Ellis Audi - Marietta we don't feel that practice represents Premium Luxury.
We put all the different models of new Audi products into our fleet. You will find everything from the A3 to the Q7 SUV and everything in between; including our hard to get performance "S" Models. We try whenever possible to provide our A7 customers, for example, with a comparable vehicle while theirs is in for service. How can a Mom using a Q5 SUV for carpool be expected to drive one of our smaller, more basic cars while hers is in for service?
We rotate most of our loaner fleet every 90 days - 6 months - 12 months. This is the source of most of our Certified Pre-Owned Audi's that we offer for sale. In many months we actually sell more Certified Pre-Owned Audi's than we do new Audi's.
Audi provides us with generous incentives to help defray the cost of these units plus we liberally write them down. Because we rotate them so quickly most have very low miles and are kept in pristine, new car like condition. These Audi's are offered for sale at thousands below comparable new Audi's.
Before we offer these cars for sale we put them thru a rigorous 300 Point Audi Certification Inspection Process in our Audi Magna Award Winning Certified Service Center. This is the most rigorous Certified inspection offered by any luxury brand. Any needed repairs are performed by our Staff of Certified Master Technicians using only Genuine Audi parts. The vehicle is then meticulously detailed in our Professional Luxury Car Spa before being offered for sale.
A copy of the completed 300 point Inspection Folder is available for review on every Certified Pre-Owned Audi we offer for sale along with the repair orders for any work we performed. We cheerfully offer this info on any pre-owned product we sell as our gesture of full transparency.
