How Does Mink work?
Mink is very easy to access and you can either call/whatsapp/sms on 808080-2442 or book from their website here, stating your preferred date and time for a pick up. After a confirmation a Mink Pilot will be assigned to your doorstep for the pick up. The drop takes place within 24-48 hours of pick up. Their services include premium cleaning of clothes, shoes, bags, furnishings and more. There is option for cash on delivery as well.
My Experience: I had booked a pick up time in the afternoon after 2pm with Mink. I received a call during that time. And the Pilot was there for pick up within few minutes. I was quite impressed by their punctuality. I gave 2 sarees and a gown for cleanup. All these clothes are quite dear to me for their price and the emotional attachment. The Pilot confirmed with me the kind of way I would prefer the clothes t be delivered: folded or hanged. I was promised a delivery within 48 hours, i.e., Friday.
I received a call from Mink on Friday evening that the clothes are ready for delivery. Within just few minutes the Pilots arrived with the clothes. I was really impressed with the way the clothes were folded and sent in high quality cloth bags. The sarees looked much brighter and the gown, which is quite dear to me, has been handled with so much care. I was worried about the detailed beadworks but found that every piece of those are intact and better than never before. The gown as I wanted was sent in a hanger with a plastic cover. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided by Mink. Their prompt response and service, excellent way in delivering the products and superior customer service makes them a truly premium laundry Service. The only issue is that their services are currently available in select locations in Mumbai, Ghatkopar, Bhandup, Powai in Central and Andheri to Juhu in Western.
