Pair of Gold and Diamond Flower Brooch Pendants by Chaumet, Paris
Chaumet Paris elegant pair of brooches of a flower motif in a mirrored high polish 18k white gold with a finely hand textured 18k yellow gold overlay with 24 diamonds each set in platinum. A spectacular display of fine craftsmanship and design. Chaumet was a leader in the 1970s in high design jewelry using sophisticated hand gold work techniques to texture jewelry and add a slightly organic feel to the stylish jewels of the period. This rare pair of brooches is a perfect example of Chaumet at its best. They were made with hidden pendant bales as well so they can be worn on gold wires alone or side by side.
