Be stronger as a unit than we are today. We will be develop and continue to work on being better spouses, parents, achievers and, most importantly, we will continue to grow as children of God.

How much having a spouse can take you away from trouble and wasted time. The younger mind will allow you to believe that if you’re in a committed relationship, you have no freedom. But I believe the mature mind knows that having a spouse helps you to understand the importance of occupying your time wisely and gives you an incentive to avoid jeopardizing situations.

Our favorite activity to do together is…
Converse with one another. We both like to talk and we are both good listeners. Venting allows us to do multiple things: relieve stress, offer and receive advice, understand each other better along with other people and enjoy laughter together. Besides, we don’t have much time to do anything else with our two-year-old twin boys running the show.
Our nicknames for each other are…
“Tutu” because that is what a family member called our twin boys when they were first born. We quickly started calling them that as well, and before we knew it was just easier to identify all of us as “Tutu.”
Our favorite place to spend time together is…
Dave and Busters. We both like to eat, socialize, play games and compete. Dave and Busters allows us to do all of the above along with enjoying our time away from the kids, while having a chance to be kids ourselves.
Our song is…
“Sweet Lady” by Tyrese. The last words in the chorus speak measures for our marriage. We want to be each other’s sweet love for a lifetime. The beat and the soft melody Tyrese crafted is one of our all-time favorite songs. We also did the first dance at our wedding to this song.
Our perfect date night is…
On the live strip of Las Vegas. The lit streets, the great entertainment and the abundance of drinks guarantee the perfect night with your spouse. We could not think of a better place to have a date night other than the luxurious, sleepless city of Las Vegas.
