First off, HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY TO YOU! I'm part Irish and have always loved celebrating today. Such a fun day! This is one of my favorite St. Patty's Day sayings...
Steve landed yesterday afternoon, and leaves again today. He was home for dinner, so I made fish tacos with mango salsa. YUMMM! We've had them before, and they're so good. HERE is the recipe if you'd like it.
A few nights ago Steve had an overnight in Panama City, FL. It was Spring Break basically in the entire city (or better yet, the entire state for that matter!) He said just when he got to his room to go to sleep, all the Spring Breakers started to party. It was nuts-- and he said the people in the room next door didn't stop partying until around 6:30 when he was getting up for his next flight. Poor Steve! He said he was sure thankful for extra thick pillows to cover his head to get some sleep. I guess I forgot it's that time of year.
On another note, it's been just gorgeous here in Vegas this past week or so. Yesterday it was in the 80's, and today it's supposed to be nice too. I ♥ it, and am enjoying every single second of it! I hope it's nice where you live. :)
Last week I went and bought these two flower pots filled with beautiful flowers, that I absolutely love. I put them by our front gate. Aren't they pretty?!
Jeven hasn't had any cheer competitions for a few weeks. She has two left. One here in a few weeks, and one out of state after that. Then that's it for the season. So lately she's just been busy with practices. She is excited for her Spring Break which isn't too far off.
