We are helping our nanny find another loving family to work with, as our daughter goes to school 5 days a week. Vilma is fantastic. She has cared for our daughter since she was 2 years old (she is now 6). Our daughter adores her, as do we. She drives a minivan, is a citizen, a homeowner, speaks good enough English, and also does light cleaning and laundry too. She is very easy going and a joy to have around. She is also incredibly trustworthy and loyal. And, she loves pets and helps care for our dog. Additional Info (Allergies, etc.): NANNY SHARE. We are looking to share our loving, creative, engaging and highly qualified nanny with another family. We have had this successful nanny share up and running for over 7 years now and our second family just moved away.
Lorena has an Assoc. Degree in Early Childhood Development, Certified Teaching Asst. in childcare, has worked in preschools and with Head Start, is CPR certified, has children of her own, her driver’s license and a big, safe SUV.
Comments / Recommendations: My daughter is 10 and has after-school pickup and homework time so if you’re looking for part-time or full-time care, we’ll work with your schedule. By sharing a nanny, we’ve gotten the best of both worlds for our kids – the safe, near 1-on-1 care of an experienced caregiver and a small group setting where they can learn from and learn to interact with each other.
It’s economical for each family while still allowing us to well-compensate our nanny.
