Butterscotch-Pecan Blondies. Cook butter to amber, fragrant, nutty, brown solids. While cooling, whisk dry ingredients. Combine brown sugar/browned butter with eggs, vanilla, flour, pecans and scrape into prepared foil-lined pan, and bake. Cut cooled giant square cookie into 24-2″ bars. Yum. Parental supervision.
