Your Jr. Chef can make no-knead Maple Oat Breakfast Bread
Combine AP flour (or about half ww), rolled oats, maple syrup, butter (or olive oil or coconut oil), salt, yeast (instant or active dry) and water, and stir well. Cover and let rise overnight. After letting the rounded dough sit for an hour on a well-floured towel, place it in a preheated 10″ Dutch oven/baking crock. Cover, bake in the oven for 30 min, then uncover to brown crust. Cool and slice. Parental supervision.
