Pretty easy, really. Starting with putting cleaned patted-dry squid (cut bodies into 3/4″ rings, tentacles whole) into large frying pan, add butter, chopped garlic, parsley, s&p. Cook, tossing frequently, 1-2 minutes (no more! or it’ll have to cook a half-hr more). Serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread for the garlic-butter sauce (flavor similar to scampi).
