The Valley Rescue Mission provides food, shelter, clothing, guidance and care for the homeless. They currently provide over 92,000 meals per year and over 26,000 nights of shelter. They are pleased to announce that their programs and services are now being expanded to the most vulnerable population among the homeless: women and children. The Genesis House is a 12 bedroom, 6 bathroom facility designed to house up to 30 moms and kids. The house has just gone thru a $235,000 renovation provided by Home Aid and California Home Builders.
