Also no butter, no oil. After setting aside almond ‘flour’ (made from sliced almonds pulsed in the food processor), pour over/mix in eggs/bananas/cinnamon creamed well in food processor. Optional: mix cocoa powder into 1/3 of batter and layer so chocolate is a surprise in the first bite, add plumped diced dried fruit, sprinkle coarse sea salt on top immediately after baking. Bake in a loaf pan or muffin pan with thinly sliced bananas and almonds on top. Healthy with egg/nut protein. Parental supervision.
