Sining LABinsiyam (SiLAB), a production house of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s Theater Arts program, Batch 119 will be staging “Ang Red Dress ni Makisig,” an original virtual play. It will be the first online production of the ID 119 Theater Arts program. SiLAB is a collective of Filipino student-artists practicing theater production which aim to bring the underrepresented Filipino narratives into the contemporary stage with honest portrayal and theatrical experience.
Ang Red dress ni Makisig, features optimistic nine-year old Makisig’s first day in school. This virtual production encourages young Filipino audiences to learn with Makisig about the wonders of self expression.

July 24, 2021 at 2PM,
July 25, 2021 at 10AM and 2PM.
