According to The Daily Beast, another man has stepped forward accusing Michael Jackson of sexually victimizing him.On Friday, a sexual assault complaint was filed by James Safechuck, who appeared as a young boy in the Pepsi ad featuring Michael Jackson back in 1987. Employees of Jackson’s Neverland Ranch mention him as a potential abuse victim in court documents, but he always denied that Jackson had molested him.

Sources are now saying, that Safechuck’s complaint claims that Jackson groomed him and molested him for several years beginning when he was 10 years old. He is the fifth person to add his name to a suit filed by Wade Robson in May 2013.

Robson, 31, testified for the defense at Michael Jackson’s trial in 2005. In the trial of molestation and other charges Michael Jackson was found not guilty. He later changed his mind. In a civil law suit against Michael Jackson’s estate last year, he alleged Jackson had forced him to perform sex acts. The law firm of Gradstein & Marzano represented the two men.

“It’s the same type of sex abuse claim as Wade’s,” a source close to Safechuck said. “Only with a different set of facts..and dates. According the source, Safechucks alleges that he “was molested from the age of 10 to about 14 or 15.”

Sources say that Safechuck was motivated by Wade Robson’s very public announcement last year that he had come to the realization that Jackson was a “child molester and pedophile.” He denied rumors that he had been molested by Jackson for a very long time. It was just after intensive therapy that he was able to deal with his undisclosed issues.

According to Christopher Anderson, the executive director of MaleSurvivor.org., “It is very common for males who are sexually abused to delay disclosure for a long time, in fact, research shows that the average delay in disclosure for men who have been sexually assaulted is 20 years.” Anderson says some of the men who come to his self-help organization have waited over 60 years to reveal their abuse.

In the sealed complaint, Safechuck claims “childhood sexual abuse” by Jackson and gives details of the relationship and their various “grooming” steps Jackson alleged to have taken as he included himself into the young Safechuck’s life. Court documents show how various employees from the Neverland Ranch saw or suspected Jackson was molesting young Safechuck. An estate manager was quoted in one court submission saying that he saw Jackson standing in the Jacuzzi with his hands “down the front of Jimmy’s underpants and was manipulating the boy’s genitalia.” A bedroom maid said she saw the pair in bed together, nude from the waist up, both inside the main house and on a bed overlooking the Neverland theater screen.

La Toya Jackson, Michael sister, told Geraldo Rivera in an interview of how she and her mother once found a canceled check she said Michael had written for $1 million, made payable to the father of one of Michael’s most frequent boy pals. She never disclosed the name of the boy. ”The father, supposedly, is a garbage collector,” La Toya said. Safechucks father was and still in the rubbish disposal business. An attorney for the Michael Jackson estate said Robson’s lawsuit is a money-grab, “transparent…outrageous and sad.” In the past, it wasn’t unusual for Michael Jackson to dispense money to make problems go away. Three other cases were settled out of court for silence.
