**Key responsibilities include:*** Providing training and coaching to associates in all aspects of the Clare Bridge program
* Planning and coordinating programs and activities, including outside sources, that provide life-enriching activities for our memory care residents
* Strengthening local community involvement through promotion of volunteering among members of the community and residents families
* Developing, planning, and participating in the daily and weekly Clare Bridge program
* Implementing programs that facilitate socialization among residents
* Coordinate family night every other month
* In direct contact with the residents at least 8 hours a day

**We seek the following qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED
* One (1) year of related experience; experience working with memory care residents and activity a plus
* Valid driver's license
* Basic typing skills are essential along with basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows
* Compassionate, patient, high energy, and creative to encourage resident participation
* Flexibility in schedule required, typical hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm including some weekends
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
