**Description:**
This position supports corporate audio/video needs including conference rooms, video conferencing, virtual meetings, video on demand and webcasting. Strong emphasis on technical, teamwork, and customer service skills.
**Responsibilities may include:**
* Supporting AV equipment in conference rooms
* Supporting Video Conferencing needs and infrastructure
* Supporting Audio conferencing needs
* Assisting users with the operation of AV and Video Conferencing equipment
* Assisting with design and implementation of conference rooms and large shared spaces
* Developing or maintaining processes to track AV inventory
* Optimizing and operating an internal content distribution network
* Processing, reviewing and distributing video on demand content
* Assisting with the execution of webcasting for business unit and corporate events
* Working with external vendors and subcontractors when appropriate to meet customer needs
* The job includes operational support, modification/upgrades, and project planning/implementation.
**Basic/Required:**
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* 3+ years experience maintaining or managing Audio Video systems
* Familiarity with the technical aspect of content delivery networks, video management for a large corporate environment,
* production of live events
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
**Preferred:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other IT/IS related major
* CTS Designation with 1+ years’ experience
* Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, Windows 7
* Familiarity with Lync 2013
* Experience with support tools such as ServiceNow, ActiveDirectory, Change and Problem Management
* Proven track record of working with end users and IT customer base
* Good documentation and analytical skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Good team and independent work skills
* Aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced environment
