We continue to grow at a rapid pace and are currently looking for an experienced **Product Lead** to lead a cross-functional team to define and deliver the platform to consistently extend Neustar Marketing Services into the mobile channel and across other online and offline channels. The Product Lead is the primary product owner working with market development, legal, software engineering, and science teams to define and align all product activity with the overall business goals and priorities.
The ideal candidate will be an innovator with an entrepreneurial mind set, who can create a vision, focus the team, and roll up the sleeves to make things happen. He or she will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
**Responsibilities:**
* Articulate and execute the vision, roadmap, and requirements for Neustar’s cross device solutions, driven by intimate knowledge of the customer needs and market opportunities
* Own the performance metrics and drive business KPIs
* Work with development team to develop and prioritize clear product requirements and user stories, in an agile, iterative, fast-paced process
* Execute the product and technology vision towards identifying the same user beyond all of his connected devices (PC, Mobile, tablet etc)
* Evangelize the product vision within the entire company with effective and powerful communication Responsible for successful deployment and market roll-out
* Natural-born leader who can lead a cross-functional team and speak with authority quickly
* Data Science, Machine learning background or familiarity with machine learning algorithms
* Have previously led big data product initiatives
* Solid business and technical understanding of the display advertising ecosystem and trends
* Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Hands-on and results-oriented
* High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
* Proven experience with Agile development
* At least 5 years experience in product management with a track record for managing and launching successful 1.0 products
* Experience working and integrating with mobile data partners, exchanges, DSP’s, app developers, and mediation platforms
* Masters degree in management or a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering, etc.) is a plus
