Position Summary:

The Sr. Business Analyst provides in depth knowledge of Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and Financials functional business knowledge. This position will be instrumental in supporting current operations and delivering projects to improve key business processes. The Sr. Business Analyst will be working with diverse teams in the US and UK to determine solutions to problems and requests that enhance the overall performance of the Oracle system and related business processes.

Responsibilities include:

* Provide day-to-day functional skills leadership of financial modules, ensuring stable systems availability, performance, compliance and security.
* Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
* Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions.
* Develop improvements to key business processes in the finance space using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports.
* Analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders.
* Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
* Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

* BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science and / or equivalent formal training or experience.
* 5+ years Oracle EBS experience with the following modules: Payables, General Ledger, webADI, Receivables, EBSTax.
* 2+ years Oracle E-Business Suite R12 experience.
* 2+ years technical experience with the tools used to support Oracle EBS Application development such as: SQL Plus, PL/SQL, Toad, Oracle Developer Forms, Oracle Developer Reports, XML publisher.
* Knowledge of common development tools used in Oracle Development environments
* Ability to modify Application Configurations as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow, custom library, profile options, etc.).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
* A proactive, positive attitude is essential and ability to co-operate across business areas is critical.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues.
* Able to complete assignment with minimal direction.
* Able to maintain a flexible work schedule in support of users in the US and UK.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
Note: Preferred work location is Logan, Utah, with alternate locations being Carlsbad, CA or Grand Island, NY.
