Job Description:

This role will lead Brocade's Digital Marketing function, including all of Brocade's external-facing digital properties, marketing analytics, marketing database analysis and marketing automation.

Drive digitally-oriented B2B demand creation for enterprise and mid-market customer segments informed by marketing automation and analytics platforms. Also responsible for delivery, measurement and analysis of marketing programs across the region and enablement of online engagement and conversations. Regularly interface with global marketing functions and regional & division sales and marketing teams to agree on marketing contribution goals, campaign messaging, and end-to-end campaign planning.

Responsibilities include:

* Web property development:Oversee all digital marketing efforts and ongoing strategic planning for all digital channels.
* Web marketing:Optimize digital strategies for awareness and acquisition through media display and retargeting efforts.
* Marketing automation:Direct operations in Marketo implementation drive reporting and provide support for stakeholders company-wide.
* eCommerce:Build infrastructure and processes for eCommerce and manage ongoing operations.
* Database management:Drive marketing database strategy; develop tools and practices that mine customer and point of sale information to identify revenue opportunities.
* Reporting & analysis:Provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze health of marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity. Provide senior management with analysis for marketing investments, pipeline impact and goal setting.
* Web analytics:Leverage web analytics, competitive analyses, usability findings, and best practice studies to develop actionable initiatives, tactics and promotions that drive business objectives.
* Vendor and tool selection:Identify, recommend and develop strategic partnerships with external vendors and agencies.
* Team development:Lead and develop team of web, marketing automation, and infrastructure professional.
Qualifications/Job Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree, 15 years of related experience; Master's degree; Minimum 12 years related experience.
* 10+ years of management experience in commercial web/eCommerce marketing.
* 5+ years in a leadership capacity accountable for demand and revenue generation.
* In-depth knowledge and the ability to navigate the digital media landscape, including online media vendors, technologies, platforms, and distribution.
* Deep understanding and the ability to successfully drive all online channels, including web, mobile, email, online media, and the ability to transition to emerging online channels.
* Demonstrated successful track record of creating strategies that drive customer acquisition, managing the entirety of the marketing funnel.
* Deep understanding of web analytics and the ability to optimize CPA/ROI.
* Experience driving and able to leverage market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
* Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
* Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.

* Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint & Excel).
* Technology-savvy and interest in developing new solutions, with storage, server, data center and networking industry experience.
