Work in conjunction with Regional and Americas Transportation Land Transportation Managers to manage key functions required to support the systematic execution and rating of truck moves within the Drayman system. Ensure all expenditures in Drayman are properly applied to the correct GL accounts for budget analysis and management. Create and maintain customer delivery patterns in Drayman system to ensure optimum use of Drayman by front line dispatchers. Provide support and assistance to other Functional Team members in day to day responsibilites, in addition to supporting implementation of new tools and processes.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

* Maintenance of carrier information within the Drayman system ensuring proper relationships among carrier offices are established to provide proper visibility of all dray moves via DrayPort.
* Timely input of approved truck rates and corresponding GL and Volume account information to allow timely dispatch of dray moves as well as proper financial accounting of all volumes and expenses.
* Analysis of each customer lane prior to the creation of customer pattern, to ensure utilization of key Drayman fields and most effective method of dispatch as well as accurate reporting.
* Input and maintenance of Drayman user profiles ensuring only approved levels of access are granted to Drayman users per NOL system security guidelines.
* Develops / Prepares transportation bids which meet NOL audit requirements
* Spot rate requests / Customer Nominated Trucker Requests
* Assist in preparation of bid solicitations
* On-boarding and training of Customers/Carriers in Transport/DrayPort
* Reporting and other administrative duties as requested
* Vendor Managment

**Key Results:**

* Timely availability to front line users of carrier rates and customer patterns in order to support key functions of laden and empty truck dispatch.
* Timely and accurate input of GL and Volume account codes to ensure all dray moves are properly accounted for in budget reconciliations.
* Administration of carrier data base in Drayman system
* Administration of Drayman II Office profiles which manages key relationships between Drayman and Walker specific to expense and volume accounting.

* Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
* Minimum 2-3 years transportation experience with truck transportation, customer service or equipment experience preferred.
* Ability to understand transportation-related software and processes
* Excellent knowledge of PC skills, including Excel
* Knowledge using Bi-Query tools
* SharePoint knowledge
* Project management experience
* Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly.
* Commitment to task and ability to prioritize in a fast pace environment a must.

**Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

* Knowledge of APL Drayman and operating systems preferred
* Knowledge of APL policies is desirable
