We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Benefits Team Leader in our Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX offices.

The primary functions of this position are as follows:
*Deliver consistent, positive operational results with the best balance of investment and efficiency.*

* Provide consultative services to assigned clients with regard to plan design and administration, within budget and deadlines
* Ensure plans are compliant and in line with administrative capabilities
* Retain assigned clients
* When applicable, implement new plans according to line of business best practices
* Increase profitability to Aon from assigned clients, collaborating with the Product Manager to determine appropriate pricing
* Meet individual utilization targets
* Consult with client regarding other areas of concern and identify Aon Hewitt resources to provide solutions
* Achieve specified metrics for assigned cases, consulting with Product Manager on solutions for underperforming plans

*Deliver measurable impact by leveraging relationships, client/industry knowledge and the “Best of Aon” to provide distinctive solutions.*

* Proactively seek ways to enhance the relationship with the client within revenue constraints
* Meet client commitments by addressing conflicts, resolving issues and managing multiple priorities as appropriate
* Propose plan service agreements that meet the needs of the client and are profitable to Aon
* Conduct post-project reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement
* Build effective working relationships with colleagues.
* Provide feedback to carriers to influence marketplace conditions

* Provide staff management, mentoring, coaching and development opportunities for a Client Services team

******Skills & Knowledge Required**
* 7+ years of related experience
* An in-depth knowledge of non-qualified defined contribution plans, life insurance and employee benefit plans (qualified and non-qualified)
* Knowledge of the regulatory environment affecting plans and insurance
* Knowledge of finance, tax, accounting and investment concepts
* Ability to communicate complex information effectively in person and in writing
* Attention to detail
* Advanced analytical and creative problem solving skills
* Ability to multi-task, to react rapidly and concisely to changing priorities
* Ability to mentor and develop others
