These projects/programs address critical processes with the goal to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness. The Corporate Black Belt will identify options .and. gain approval for best alternatives from the Project Sponsor, Deployment Leader .and. support from managers who will be engaged in project implementation. The projects/programs executed by the Enterprise Excellence Corporate Black Belt support the Global Project Management Office (PMO) strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesLeads/supports Enterprise Excellence projects and programs, delivers timely results, tracks improvements, ensures control, and maintains accountability.Establishes and runs programs for the Global Enterprise Excellence PMO organization. Seeks out and quantifies process-improvement opportunities. Assesses/identifies risk to fulfill the defined objectives. Identifies organizational barriers; works with Deployment Leaders, respective functional or regional managers, Enterprise Excellence PMO or Master Black Belt to recommend and implement solutions. Assesses/critiques resources for Enterprise Excellence projects. Facilitates project selection process, determines benefits, recommends resources/team members. Organizes, plans, reviews, .and. communicates status of projects and programs managed. Coaches/mentors assigned Green Belts or Black Belts. Trains/mentors project team members in the Enterprise Excellence tools/methodology. Models operational excellence, visibly demonstrating leadership/change management behaviors. Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.
