The following position is with Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., the marketing, sales, distribution and customer service arm of Toyota, Lexus and Scion in North America.

The Human Resources Department is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Compensation Administrator**.
The primary responsibility of this role is to handle all aspects of TMS’ compensation programs.
Reporting to the **Compensation Manager** the person in this role will support the Compensation department’s objective by developing, implementing and administering compensation programs. This person will act as a lead on projects, which may include the merit and bonus process, policy development, communication and training. In addition, this administrator will evaluate job descriptions submitted from the business units to determine the level of the jobs and maintain the integrity of our compensation structure. The person will partner with HR Consultant (HRCs) and line managers to provide consultation and guidance on pay issues, pay studies and the job evaluation process.
**Key responsibilities**
* Research current market trends and assess appropriateness for TMS
* Develop and present recommendations on these trends
* Analyze salary data and recommend strategies to address issues
* Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure understanding of our compensation programs
* Train on pay practices and programs as needed
* Perform a wide range of analysis and develop recommendations
## Qualifications
**_Required_**
* Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
* Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills are required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to interact with associates at all levels across the organization
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strategic relationships is required
* 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 1-2 years in compensation, is required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Access Database

* Experience with developing presentations highly desirable
