Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Assists with Digital Marketing projects and web publishing for the CBRE platforms using the publishing software – Content Management Systems (CMS) and SharePoint 2010. Oversees and maintains any web application integrations in conjunction with IT Web Development teams. Develops, conducts, and maintains training and awareness resources for Americas web publishers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to the digital marketing community on websites, intranet, email marketing, social media, analytics and other digital platforms

Monitors and approves content for www.cbre.com and Navigator to ensure quality and consistency across our corporate website

Maintains corporate content on CBRE.us and company intranet, along with Digital Marketing Group mass communications.

Assist with Social Media monitoring and oversight of approved Social Media accounts

Maintains company Style Guides & Training Manuals for Corporate Digital Marketing Group.

Assists with the rollout of company initiatives and new functionality to Americas Digital Marketing Community.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (BA) and two years of experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong technical writing skills and editing skills
* Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills required
* Good project management capabilities
* Intermediate-level abilities in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; intermediate capabilities in web publishing software
* Ability to train local staff in web publishing platform and email campaign platform
* Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, vendors and clients
