Position Description
Looking for a student from Electrical Engineering or Physics department with semiconducor device background for an internship position at ON Semiconductor during summer of 2014. The responsibilities will include Power MOSFET development supports, including wafer-level and packaged part-level characterization, bench testing, compiling test data, analyzing and reporting results. Any TCAD simulation experience is preferred. The student will work closely with design engineers on state-of-the-art trench power MOSFET technologies, ranging from low voltage to high voltage MOSFETs. The position requires a good understanding of test equipments, hands-on testing, semiconductor device physics and characteristics.

-Senior BSEE major or higher
