Our disputes professionals provide expert testimony and privileged consulting on damage quantum, liability and valuation issues on complex commercial disputes. Our forensic accounting specialists deliver privileged and independent consulting on complex accounting and financial reporting issues which may result in expert testimony and reporting to management, boards and regulators on accounting disputes, auditor malpractice, individual white collar defense and GAAP/GAAS investigations. Responsibilities:
* Management and execution of large Computer and CyberCrime Forensic projects involving the identification, collection, processing, analysis, review, production and preservation of electronic data relevant to Litigations, E-Discovery, Investigations, Incident Response, Malware analysis, and Network Intrusion Detection
* Management and execution of project and client relationships, ensuring delivery of projects on time and on budget; includes oversight, billing, collections, quality control
* Manage a team of forensic consultants as well as client personnel, clerical support, and others as appropriate
* Foster an exciting, educational work environment; acting as a mentor to consultant and senior consultants
* Responsible for engagement planning and managing client relationships
* Prepare client communications, both written and oral, for senior level review
* Understand the technical skills required for completing IT and forensics investigations at clients site
* Periodically re-assess the technical performance of partners and suppliers
* Liaise directly with client, our internal data collections teams across the country, the data processing team in Irvine, CA and Arlington, VA, as well as internal senior leaders and attorneys

Qualifications:
* Bachelor''s Degree in MIS, CIS, or other technology related field
* 5 years of prior experience overseeing computer forensics, electronic discovery and cybercrime related projects;
* EnCase, CFCE or CISSP designations are a plus;
* Prior hands-on experience working in data collections and e-discovery projects is desired
* Working knowledge of EnCase, FTK, Nessus, Paraben, F-Response
* Shell scripting SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL a plus
* Expertise with tools and processes used in security incident detection and handling
* Security event analysis and intrusion detection (IDS/IPS Incident response - triage, incident analysis, remediation)
* Deep understanding of Cyber threats including how malicious code works and proliferates
* Strong understanding of network traffic analysis
* Infrastructure Investigation security skills including SIEM, Log Management, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, Network Monitoring, Security Monitoring & Networking Security Skills
* Strong mentoring and knowledge transfer skill
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
* Hands-on management experience
* Advanced decision making and problem solving skills
* Ability to interact confidently with senior management and lawyers/partners
* Ability to manage time effectively and to multi-task
* Ability to travel
