Job Description: Department Responsibilities: The FICO information security team is responsible for protecting the information assets of FICO and its'' clients. The team fulfills its mission by:
• Performing regular risk, threat, vendor and vulnerability assessments for traditional hosted and cloud environments
• Developing and managing Information Security Policies, Standards and Procedures.
• Initiating and ensuring the implementation of projects to strengthen FICO''s information security controls and to meet client, US and International regulations.
• Providing security consulting and advice to all areas of the corporation, and responding to all security information requests and audits from clients.
• Monitoring and reviewing new legislation, regulatory, technical sources & changes to ensure that FICO is compliant with all information security requirements.
• Leading a Security Incident Response Program, Security Operations, Investigations and Application Security
• Ensuring that all Workers receive ongoing information security awareness training appropriate to their position
Role Responsibilities: This Information Security role will focus on managing audit, risk and compliance programs. Candidates must have strong project management skills, knowledge of PCI and risk frameworks (ISO/NIST), experience reviewing security controls, facilitating audits and working with client relationships. Strong interpersonal skills, process, reporting and metrics are a must. Candidate will be a self-starter & be diplomatic, yet assertive.
Experience/Qualifications: Qualifications:
Education and or Certifications: Bachelor''s Degree required and one of the following certifications desirable:CISSP, CISA, CSSLP, Preference given to Green Belt or PMM certification
Experience and Quaifications: 6 years minimum experience directly related to information security project management, audit and compliance.
Technical Skills and Abilities: Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other reporting packages.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills.
