ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Assist the commercial department administratively to carry out its functions and support and ensure all commercial KPI’ and projects are on target with commercial management team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Track sales performance and each Manager’s targets on weekly, monthly basis
* Prepare and maintain sales analysis in order to facilitate for Management Decision Making Process (local and regional)
* Create and maintain customer database.
* Prepare and maintain monthly Commercial KPI reports to validate with respective managers.
* Follow up all commercial projects with respective project leaders and prepare combine progress reports
* Analyse market trends and behaviours on regular basis and make presentations to the commercial management teams.
* Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis trends and present it to sale managers and commercial director for strategy formation.
* Support for organizing company internal and external events and promotional materials.
* Support commercial director in his/her project admin work
* Ensure ISO quality, Environment, health and safety standards are adhered to and all activities in the department are carried out in complaint with the Standard Operations Procedure.
* Continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills in the job through training and development initiatives provided to you by the company.
* Give feedback regarding your training to the in the follow up on actions taken after training
* Responsible that company policies , procedures and regulations are followed at all times and to protect confidentiality of company and work related information at all times
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
EDUCATION:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing from an accredited institution or part qualified in CIM/CIMA with Minimum one year of experience in similar capacity.
OTHER
* Good analytical skills & mathematical aptitude.
* Advanced skills in Ms Excel, Word & Power Point.
* Effective Presentation Skills.
* Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information in a meaningful manner.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
