The Environmental and Combustion Control (ECC) business is seeking a Sales Representative III for Residential and Light Commercial New Construction. The Sales Representative III for New Construction will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of growth strategies for Residential and Light Commercial New Construction. The primary goal is to increase revenue and market share within by working with Builders and contractors who focus in these markets. This Sales Representative III will develop account strategies, participate in all major selling situations, and monitor all sales activity within the assigned accounts. In addition, serve as the primary point-of-contact for the customer, coordinate factory activities to meet customer needs, as well as be responsible for bringing product and service requirements back into the product development process. This position will require high-energy, proven ability to strategize and differentiate Honeywell from competitors. This strategic sales management role will require candidates to work with sales representatives throughout the country in a matrix environment. You will be responsible for mentoring sales staff and ensuring key performance indicators and sales targets are met on a monthly/quarterly basis. Roles/Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships, growth strategies, roadmaps and competitive analyses of assigned accounts.

* Effectively work in cross functional environment with Sales Director, Marketing Leader, Regional Sales

* Leaders, product management teams and external channel partners to develop and articulate new growth strategies.

* Develop effective Marketing programs and tools specific to the New Construction market.

* Communicate all account product requirements and work with Marketing Leader to develop account specific marketing and product strategies.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

* 10 years of sales experience

* 3 years or more selling in the new construction market

* 5+ years or more experience selling technical products

* 5+ years of experience in developing sales plans, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, contract negotiations and successfully meeting sales objectives Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time in order to accomplish sales targets.

* Selling in the Controls and HVAC industry. Bachelors Degree

* Ability to engage and communicate with potential customers to determine effective value propositions and business forecasts.

* Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy and self motivated, results oriented person with a strong bias for action.

* Ability to work with minimal day-to-day direction.

* Strong business-to-business analytical, financial, strategic thinking and marketing skills.
