**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

This position is responsible for collaborating and delivering strategic growth oriented marketing programs on a world-wide basis aimed at demand creation, market communications, and sales enablement for Fluke Networks. The VP of WW Field Marketing will develop and implement strategic programs designed to drive revenue growth, customer awareness, customer acquisition, and help manage product positioning, brand identity, messaging, promotions and campaigns for a wide portfolio of products and services. This position interfaces internally with the BU marketing staff, WW Sales teams and GMs. Externally the position works with customers, channel partners, and industry trade groups and analysts. ** **

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

1. **Brand Development** – Key responsibility to ensure the brand’s image and likeness are always consistent and in line with the mission/vision of Fluke Networks.

2. **Demand Creation** – Responsible for strategy, planning, and execution of demand creation/lead generation programs using contemporary means. Drive measureable KPIs foropportunities/leads pipeline creation and expansion and deals closed based on marketing sourced opportunities

3. **Digital Media** – Drive strategic digital media initiatives and programs including website, online marketing, e-commerce, subscription services, and social networking, etc. ( emphasis on digital marketing)

4. **Impactful Product Launches**–****Fluke Networks is a high vitality business and its growth is dependent on impactful product launches. Responsible for world-wide product readiness and launch.

GENERAL DUTIES :**

* **Leads overall field marketing goal planning, strategy, focus, initiatives and execution.** Guides regional teams in Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pac in the execution of field marketing programs aligned with regional business goals and objectives.

* **Assists with Annual Strategy Plan Development** – Assists President with developing strategic plan and owning marketing plan in support of company objectives with tactics and resources necessary to achieve goals.

* **Establishes and Follows Budget** –Responsible for collaborating with Business Units, and Finance to develop marketing budget within Fluke Networks strategic plan and yearly budget envelope.

* **Fluke Networks brand gatekeeper** – Key responsibility is managing the essence of the brand to ensure the brand’s image & likeness are always consistent and in line with the vision of Fluke Networks. Takes initiative to develop and drive thought leadership campaigns related to the strategic plan

* **Support the strategic agency and analyst relationships** – Supports and maintain a professional relationship with agency partners and IT analysts (e.g. Gartner, Forrester). Includes creative agency, media buying and digital partners as well as internal management of creative services.

* Technical skills in planning, digital marketing, market development, market research and planning of promotions/advertising

* Ability to set goals and convert plans into action with measureable outcomes

* Ability to recognize and problem solve across multiple Business Units and regional sales teams on all marketing facets

* Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel (ability to prioritize tasks and manage time)

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills. Comfortable & confident with public speaking - customers and internal events to propel business vision

## Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, Master’s degree preferred

* Ten years overall marketing experience in B2B with software market

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

* 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing of products (software ) to B2B
