**_GENERAL SUMMARY_**
We are looking for senior SW engineer who will be committed to develop the world leading network traffic monitoring and analyzing products of the company.

**_JOB_****_ RESPONSIBILITIE_****_S_**
* ŸAct as software development engineer on major product development projects and/or take responsibility for significant new applications
* Apply extensive technical expertise/analysis as a development of system software for Fluke Networks telecommunications test products.
* Evaluate feasibility of different engineering approaches to resolve technical problems and define optimum approaches for new instruments or modifications in existing instruments.
* Direct or help to conduct functional, environmental and field tests of new product designs.
* ŸConduct discuss with Planner to define new product requirements and demonstrate product capabilities.
* Research new technologies for future use.
* Direct and review the technical work of other engineering personnel or outside contractors.
* Work in a team environment to meet deadlines and requirements.
## Qualifications
**_Qualifications_**
* Proficient in C++ programming and software development.
* Demonstrates effective communication skills including feedback, problem identification and problem resolution which is highly desirable.
* Understanding of communication networks and associated technologies (i.e. TCP/IP, VoIP, carrier Ethernet, network performance measurements) highly desirable.Ÿ
**_EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:_**
* ŸBachelor's degree in computer science or bachelor's degree in computer engineering with additional education in computer programming. MS degree in computer science highly desirable.
* Minimum of 3 years practical or technical experience in software development.
* Experience in Agile-Scrum development highly desirable.
