**Sales Representative - Outside Sales**
Anixter is a $6 billion global supplier of electrical and electronic wire, cable and support products, industrial communications and controls, and supply chain solutions. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative in our Miami sales office focusing on the following vertical markets:
* Original Equipment Manufacturers
* Contract Manufacturers
* Electrical Contractors (commercial and industrial)
* Power Generation
* Industrials
* Natural Resources
* Professional and Commercial Audio Video
Anixter helps its customers specify solutions and make informed purchasing decisions around technologies, applications, and relevant standards. Throughout the world, Anixter provides innovative supply chain management solutions to reduce customers total cost of production and implementation.
As part of this outside sales role you will be developing new business in the assigned territory, as well as retaining and developing business with existing customers. This position is focused on consultative selling of our full product line of electrical and electronic wire and cable, security, support and supply products, industrial automation, and communications.

**Requirements:**-Bachelors degree in a related major is preferred
* Several years of outside sales experience in our industry is preferred
* Must have a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, positions value-added services and closing business.
* Ability to work at a fast-pace and learn products, systems, and sales processes.
* Bilingual Spanish and English
