The e-Procurement Coordinator will be part of a highly collaborative team that will drive the strategy for the automation of our global procure-to-pay process. In this highly visible position, you will be working cross-functionally with stakeholders from all of Con-way''s business units to optimize system integration throughout the enterprise. This team supports supplier relationships globally, including Fortune 100 companies. You should be skilled in systems integrations and related project management skills.

Summary:
Responsible for activating and maintaining detailed information for the Company''s contracted vendors and suppliers into e-Procurement systems. Facilitate the delivery of data needed to automate payment methods when assigned.

Essential Functions:

*
Coordinate the activation and maintenance of Con-way''s preferred vendors within Con-way''s e-Procurement system(s).
*
Work with team members to identify and develop activation plan for presenting Con-way''s preferred vendors within the corporate e-Procurement platform. Tasks include, but are not limited to, catalog content management, workflow analysis and issue resolution.
*
Partner with e-Procurement application service provider to assess system requirements; provide Con-way vendors'' catalog content specifications to ensure proper implementation and efficiency of use of Con-way''s e-procurement platform.
*
Work with appropriate representatives to activate payment methods for goods and services requisitioned from Con-way''s e-procurement platform.
*
Provides timely and appropriate generation and dissemination of information to management and other stakeholders.
*
Work with team members within the procurement group to identify which vendors will be activated; develop implementation timelines for user access.
*
Collaborate with team members to define project scope and communicate progress milestones to support timelines and planned go-live dates.Perform moderately complex analysis of system activity and account for geographical differences and engineering issues due to varying business entities.
*
Oversee issue resolution for assigned projects.
*
Perform other duties as assigned.
* Experience as part of an ERP system implementation team is highly desired.

Scope and Accountability:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* 4 years of related working experience in software, e-commerce, and procurement practices preferred.
* Bachelors degree is preferred. Will consider any suitable combination of education, skills and experience.
* Demonstrated experience in using e-commerce database or related systems, to include proficient use of Microsoft Office products
* Demonstrated understanding of general procurement principles
* Ability to document work in progress
* Ability to establish solid business relationships and work effectively with senior business and client contacts
* Strong interpersonal skills; participate in a team environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
