The Tax Accountant will support all aspects of the tax function, including compliance, income tax accounting, audit defense, and strategic projects. This position will work collaboratively with local and global tax, finance, and business unit colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

* Prepare federal and state income tax returns and supporting workpapers, estimated tax payments, and various other tax compliance filing requirements.

* Assist in the preparation of the quarterly tax provision, including reports to management and the external auditor, valuation allowance review, account reconciliations, tax basis balance sheet support, and execution of internal controls.

* Support the company''s IRS CAP audit and the timely resolution of other tax controversy matters, including responses to IDRs and notices.

* Perform technical research to address tax issues, including planning opportunities.

* Provide other tax support, which may include analyses of pending legislation, preparation of required transfer pricing documentation and reporting, and implementation of legislative changes.

**Job Qualifications**

Required:

* Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Accounting or Tax

* 2 or more years income tax experience with a public accounting firm and/or corporate tax function

* Experience with Microsoft Office software

Preferred:

* CPA

* Experience with CorpTax and SAP software

* Strong organizational skills, including prioritization among multiple ongoing projects

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Strong research and analytical skills
