**Job Summary**
Zurich North America is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst at our Schaumburg, IL headquarters for our Global Corporate Division.
This is a senior level analyst position that will perform all functions of business analysis for Technical Pricing Tools within our Global Corp Operations Department. This position will report to a Technical Project Manager and the responsibilities include business requirement development, managing and leading initiatives, process analysis, user test case development, and acceptance testing and issue resolution. This person will have primary interaction with various internal clients, field staff, actuaries, product underwriting, underwriters, and other departments as well as employees of Global Corporate. In addition, the Business Process Analyst is responsible for end-user tool development, database development and enhancement support, and problem solving on different levels of complexity with PC coordinator support/help desk support.

**Job Qualifications**
Required Qualifications -
* 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst including but, not limited to requirements gathering and identifying, reporting, developing and testing, deploying, maintenance, and support.
* Bachelor''s Degree required.
* Strong experience with Excel.
* Strong experience with MS Access, strong database development and enhancement skills.
* Experience leading their own projects or initiatives and interfacing with different levels of an organization.
* Strong customer service skills and end user support.
Preferred Qualifications -
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
* Basic, intermediate, and/or advanced knowledge of VBA.
* Business Objects reporting skills preferred.
* PMP certification preferred.
* MS certification preferred.
