**Summary:**
We are looking for a dependable energetic person willing to work with building staff to maintain this huge facility for the building tenants and public. You will make sure the facility is in safe operating condition; maintaining a preventive maintenance program; and resolving immediate operation and/or safety concerns.
**Job Duties**
* Perform preventative maintenance and repair of property and equipment
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
* Miscellaneous cleaning and painting on property
* Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
* Required to detect and diagnose minor problems and correct the issues
* Responsible for disassembling defective equipment and repairing or replacing with the necessary parts
* Responsible for testing machines to ensure it is running smoothly and properly
* Perform other duties as designated by Manager.
* To assist any and all patrons in any way we can
* To maintain a professional image for our client establishment
* Note any lighting problems and document on report
* Canvas the garage for debris and any broken glass, etc.
* Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners.
* Check phone for proper operation.
* Make sure signage is legible and not faded from weather.
**Position Requirement**
* Maintenance Experience preferred
* Must have valid driver license
* Must be capable to perform multiple, technical and non-technical tasks simultaneously in order to meet -changing job conditions
* Must be able to communicate (written and verbally)
* Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work effectively as a team player
* Enjoy working with the general public
* Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and MVR check.
Pay: $ 8.75 pr/hr
Part time
Hours: 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday
