The site is easy to use, credible information, supportive communities, and in-depth reference material about most common health subjects. Fast becoming one of the most popular websites in the healthcare industry, our client is looking for new talent to join their expanding team.
Job Description:
1. The Company is looking for software artisans--people who can do more than make code that merely works. We look for people who understand the tools of their trade well enough to craft clean, clear, maintainable code.
2. We follow Agile processes to produce quality code in a highly cooperative cross-functional team environment. Teamwork and communication are essential parts of our job every day.
3. As a member of the Product Development group you will work side-by-side with testers, data architects, UI designers, product owners and other developers to deliver robust, highly-usable, software solutions with the scalability to serve our rapidly growing private-portal business.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Elaborate product vision to create user stories and define acceptance criteria with team
2. Make effective use of daily stand-ups, iteration planning meetings, and retrospectives
3. Write software following industry and company best practices
4. Work closely with other developers and testers to review code and test plans
Required Skills:
• 4+ years developing web applications in ASP.NET
• Proficient with C# and SQL
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Facility with industry-standard software design patterns
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
• Independent time management skills
Education/Certifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
