The Finance Manager is responsible for supporting senior and executive management in understanding current financial results and in developing future goals. Major Job AccountabilitiesCompensation Planning, Oversight and Reporting -Lead the annual PCG compensation plan review, design and implementation process (including but not limited to plans for Financial Advisors, Associate Financial Advisors, and Branch and Complex Directors)Participate in the planning, budgeting and forecasting of financial and non-financial objectives for business line managers as it relates to compensation. This may involve analyzing financial and strategic plans, identifying obstacles to the successful execution of plans, evaluating alternative approaches to achieving financial and non-financial objectives, and making recommendations to management.Assist branch and department managers with the interpretation and application of financial results and the use of analytical support tools (e.g., compensation and recruiting models).Review financial results on an ongoing basis, summarize status, identify business opportunities and associated risks, and communicate findings to business managers. Measure performance along appropriate criterion and monitor results.Benchmark company performance, as it relates to compensation, to support ongoing business decisions and strategic planning.Keep abreast of significant industry trends and competitive environment relative to general financial and compensation policies and practices.Analyze financial implications of business opportunities and investments and make recommendations to increase returns, taking into consideration funding costs and regulatory and allocated capital usage.Oversee and administer certain specialized compensation programs. Management and OtherProvide work direction and skill development opportunities to department staff of 4 to ensure that analysis and business line support is accurate, efficient and effective and that the skill set of the department employees remains closely aligned with the business partner needs.Manage ongoing compensation reporting responsibilities with emphasis on improving quality of current output and searching for leverage opportunities.Ensure 100% compliance with performance management requirementsDevelop and maintain relations with Applications Development, Finance, Corporate Communications, PCG Business Development, Accounting, and other service providers.Lead or participate in process improvement opportunities. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills .and.
