**Providence is calling a Senior Manager- Home Health to Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice in Olympia, WA.**
We are seeking a compassionate and caring manager to provide safe and reliable care to patients and their families.
**In this position you will:*
* Be responsible for planning, developing and directing the services and employees of a Home Health ministry.
* Be responsible for managing departmental budget
* Manage and grow teams of competent care partners with the goal of creating a safe, comforting, and fulfilling patient experience
* Supervise the coordination of care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
* Identify and implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and improve employee and patient satisfaction
**Required qualifications for this position include:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy or the equivalent.
* Current Washington State professional license in applicable field
* Current CPR certification
* Valid Washington State driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
* Two years Home Health experience within the last 5 years.
* Five years supervisor/management experience
**Preferred qualifications for this position include:*
* Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification required or must be earned within first six (6) months or as soon as certification is offered.
