Job Description

Buying Process and Coordination

* Manage to open-to-buy and inventory plans for respective business unit
* Setup & maintain operations calendars
* Create and manage buys with Sourcing (commit and replenishment businesses)
* Create and manage packing instructions for factories
* Manage & report overages & shortages from factories (slide/shortage requests)
* Assist with reconciling buys vs forecast
Logistics / Supply Chain Coordination (Source Orders)

* Review and advise on factory requests through Sourcing
* Review and advise on booking exceptions through Transportation
* Manage WIP POs and open In-Transits
* Recommend expediting product where necessary to maximize company revenue and coverage
* Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure customer demand is fulfilled within the appropriate time frame
Additional Responsibilities

* Support Sr. Analyst with weekly operations meeting materials including monthly performance metrics
* Provide ad hoc analysis and reports to support Operations Sr. Analyst, Manager, and Director
* Maintain operations instruction and process manualsExperience and Skills
* Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
* General knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain functions required
* Strong analytical capability
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Access skills a plus
* Detail oriented, team player with solid communication skills
* A self-motivated individual who is results focused 
* Bachelors Degree
* 1-2 years of experience working with a cross-functional business team
