Job Description The U.S. Army Information Technology Agency, Enterprise Transport Management (ITA-ETM) contract is a joint mission providing 24x7x365 network operations, management and engineering services to all branches of military across 300+ sites and 8,500+ network devices supporting DISA Global Information Grid (GIG) connectivity to 60,000+ users at all classification levels. With customers predominantly located at the Pentagon, other sites within the National Capital Region (NCR) and remote areas, ITA-ETM leadership has assembled a diverse team, inclusive of approximately 450 resources (combination of Lockheed Martin and subcontractors personnel) with proven experience, processes and best practices to meet mission requirements. This Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based structure operates as an integrated team in a badgeless environment to provide the most cost-effective approach for the customer.

Within the ITIL structure, the Technical Control Communications Analyst apply experience-based knowledge of hardware, software and networks to administer, troubleshoot and resolve data network related problems/issues, which includes carrier data circuits (T1, DS3, OC3, ATM, SONET and TDM) and all related peripheral data communications equipment. Demonstrate ability to coordinate maintenance and repair activities with Tier III, Tier IV, commercial vendors, other government agencies and other help desks as prescribed.

Under Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract requirements, the Technical Control Communications Analyst monitors, fault isolates and restores telecommunications circuits, trunk groups, systems, and associated commercial interface equipment. Analyze system faults, troubleshoots and runs diagnostic test on data communications systems to detect problems.
Basic Qualifications Large scale technical control services, telecommunications network management (secure and non-secure), applied use of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Circulars and Department of Defense communications security guidance; Department of Defense Directive 8570 (DoDD 8570) compliance – IAT II minimum certification; DoD Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and organizations both in writing and verbally.
