The Regional Associate Director is responsible for the strategic planning, development and coordination for regional Integrated Hospital customer initiatives to promote sales of company products and further the company’s financial objectives. Defines and aligns customer objectives and strategies, facilitates pull-though activities, partners with senior level customer decision makers, and translates strategies into regional plans and action with Market Access and Account Teams.
The territory covers Dallas TX, San Antonio and Austin TX . Ideal location to reside Dallas TX and Houston TX. There will be at least 30-40% travel involved in this position.

•BS/BA degree required. MS or MBA preferred.
•Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in sales, marketing, or market
access required.
•Minimum 3 years Regional Sales Manager, RD, FSD, Mktg or equivalent outside
management experience required.
• Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing guidelines, sales procedures and products preferred.
•Through understanding of procedures for preparing and negotiating contract bids preferred.
•Experience with calling on regional Integrated Hospital Networks highly preferred.
•Managed Markets experience preferred.
• Senior level customer, Management skills, team leadership skills, effective business planning and execution skills preferred.
•Excellent coaching, development and interpersonal skills preferred.
•Project Management experience required.
•Travel up to 30% required. (Including ground and air travel
