**Mission Statement
**DHRA's mission is to provide program support, information management, and administrative services to the DoD Components on human resource matters and to collect, archive and provide management information, research and analysis of human resources and other related functional area data bases for the DoD.

DHRA is a dynamic organization involved in the implementation of reorganization, reform and restructuring within the Office of the USD (P&R;). Currently DHRA is comprised of: DHRA Headquarters Staff, Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS), Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), Personnel and Readiness Information Management (P&RIM;), Personnel Security Research Center (PERSEREC), Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Office of the Actuary, Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services (DACOWITS), Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP), and Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO).
