**Essential Job Functions:*

* As a project engineer for quality processes, the candidate will be responsible for managing quality data across multiple programs. Assuming the role of quality management consists of analyzing quality data and identifying critical issues, launching and managing investigations, leading close out and implementation of solutions.

* As part of a QuEST team the candidate will use a combination of fellow team mate and individual skill to provide excellent service to the customers.

*Attend all Program Quality meetings as delegated, track and close identified action items.

*Program support for Quality Managers and Quality Engineers.

*Complete delegated deliverables and quality action items.

*Provide technical support and data analysis for Program & Quality Management.

*Creation of standard work to support ongoing activities and new processes.

*Assistance with internal and external audits.

*Review engineering drawings, process certification initiatives and development/passport processes.

**Qualifications*

* BS in Engineering Discipline or 4 years relevant experience

* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are required

* Experience with quality assurance or quality management systems is not required but is desirable.

**Physical Requirements & Work Environment:*

* Mostly Office Environments. Occasional Shop Floor involvement

* Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

* Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM

* Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
