We are currently hiring aSupervisor for the Customer Analysis Groupat ourCorporate Headquarterslocated inKansas City, MO. This person will have the opportunity to:
� Supervise, support and coach the Analysis team to ensure quality standards and service level agreements are met
� Ensure consistent delivery of the Unparalleled Customer Experience by the EDO team
� Review and accurately update the system of record for incoming signature cards and other regulatory documents
� Perform customer, account and relationship maintenance to ensure precise functionality and hierarchal structure
� Evaluate and accurately process requests for exception to standard product offer, hierarchy structure, or pricing
� Identify opportunities for data improvement and educate business partners on data and business requirements
� Create and maintain accurate process documentation
� Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes within EDO
� Quantify scope of inconsistencies in existing data fields and solutions for remediation

What you'll need:

� 1-3 years experience
� High school diploma or equivalent experience
� Usage of Windows operating systems
� Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
� Professional communication skills
� Strong problem solving abilities
� Attention to quality control
� Experience with customer data management
� Strong leadership skills

� College degree
