TheAccount Executive for Redwood Analytics partners with the Regional Sales Manager and Client Development Solution Specialists to drive NEW Redwood revenue.
What we are looking for in YOU:
-Meet/exceed annual sales quota.
-Be responsible for complete sales cycle from initial leads through on going account relationship.3. Demonstrate superior professional presence and business acumen.
-Speaking and presenting to both small and large groups of attorneys and marketing/business development professionals.
-Be able to sell at the highest levels within a large law firm utilizing advanced, consultative sales skills. This will include presentations at the Chairman, CIO, CFO, CMO and Managing Partner level.
-Be highly knowledgeable in all aspects of legal accounting, finance and benchmarking.
-Be able to network and interact with other LexisNexis sales, business development and marketing professionals at all levels.
-Be adept at and comfortable with a team selling approach.
-Demonstrate new products & services at all levels within a law firm using computer-based presentations.
-Demonstrated ability to handle technical objections - clearly articulate product architecture and associated benefits. -Creation of targeted, solution oriented proposals.
-Generate incremental revenue from additional sales and enhancement of existing products & services while defending current revenue by managing competitive threats and customer objections.
-Utilize consultative sales skills to develop and foster relationships with key, C level decision makers including marketers, administrators, information professionals and lawyers.
-Successfully represent LexisNexis Client Development at industry events, and participate in panel discussions.
-Submit accurate and timely reporting of territory activity and observations on industry trends on a weekly basis.
-Learn and perform Redwood Demonstrations to client and prospect base.
-Interact with Redwood Business Management to stay up to speed on positioning, roadmap and initiatives underway, and then help the Regional Manager train the Client Development Specialists.
-Generate and manage direct campaigns both mail and by other means to drive additional Revenue opportunities.
-A hunger for success and passion for cultivating client relationships.
-Highly developed speaking and presentation skills.

Qualifications:
-Documented examples must be provided and include proven success in selling at the chairman, CIO, CFO, CMO, Managing Partner level.
Advanced consultative sales experience
-Advanced computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Siebel and/or other CRM application and Internet applications and usage
-Experience selling high ticket, complex applications to the legal industry - Business Intelligence solutions experience a plus
-Advanced familiarity with and understanding of legal accounting and finance departments
-Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and manage time and territory effectively.
-Law firm based legal marketing experience a plus.
-Position requires 10-20% short-term overnight travel with occasional weekend duties at conferences or trade shows as directed.
-Bachelors Degree
-Minimum five years sales experience required with two years legal sales experience preferred.
-Experience selling to the professional services industry a plus.
-A JD, while not required, is a plus as is legal marketing experience.
