Tim moved to Atlanta after being in NY for 11 years. He has been keeping his eyes open for NCR for a while and just started a more aggressive approach to get in the doors. He likes the diversity of the role and having to wear several hats. The planning of conference calls and events and event management is a strong interest of him in addition to the HR Components. Being in NCR and being able to continue to grow within the team and making it a lifelong career is appealing. He is ready to be done with contracting. He wrapped up his contact with BOA and he was covering for someone on Maternity leave. He has no offers on the table and he is actively interviewing. He is targeting a compensation of ballpark low to mid 60’s. I talked through our range of 55-60K and he is open to that range.
