POSITION: Retail Manager.DUTIES: Lead the team in sales and customer service. Open and close thestore. Manage the daily performance of the team and assign shifts and duties. Recruit, interview, hire and train all assistant store managers andassociates. Manage loss prevention. Lead the process in merchandising,stocking, pricing, and reduce damages and defectives. Train and providecustomer service. Seasonal merchandise.SKILLS REQUIRED: Understand Microsoft Windows. Learn to operatepoint-of-sales register system. Must be able to read and write simplecorrespondence in English. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must havebasic math skills to add, subtract, divide, compute rates and percent.OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years of age. Must have high school diplomaor equivalent. Must be able to regularly lift and move 50-pound boxes. Mustbe physically able to perform job duties. Must be energetic and courteous,on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
