Maintenance, repair and remodels company has an immediate need for two full-time Handy Person/Laborers.JOB DESCRIPTION:Repairs and/or maintenance for property management companies. Drywall repairs, minor electrical/plumbing (outlets, lighting faucets-repair/replace, clogged drains), interior and exterior repairs (cabinets, floors, counters, decks, siding roofs) and appliance repair. Assignment will be at various locations through East King County. Drives company vehicle/van.JOB REQUIREMENTS:~ High School Diploma or GED (for reading, comprehension and basic math skills). ~ Must have at least 1-2 years drywall experience plus some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, framing, decking, mechanical and carpentry. ~ Ability to use computer and the internet is imperative (work orders are received by email, work assignments are posted online, timesheets are sent in via email and work is invoiced and sent out by email). ~ Must be dependable and reliable. ~ Must be flexible and be able to work nights and weekends. ~ Must have current Washington State Driver's License or equivalent mobility and must be insurable (staff may be driving company car to customer location). ~ Must pass background check spanning the last ten years relating to the job duties. ~ Must pass drug test.HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:Full-time, Monday to Friday. 8:00am-5:00pm.SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:$20-$30 per hour, depending on experience.CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:Open until filled/closed by employer.
