The Business The Towers Watson Client Development Group's primary function is to build and expand client relationships with our Target Market Organizations which are typically Fortune 1,000 companies and their equivalents. This includes responsibilities for growing revenue and managing a portfolio of clients across all four Segments of our business The Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide client and account management support to the Client Development Group (CDG) to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness of account management and business development activities. In addition to the client and account management activities, the CDG Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for general administrative support of the CDG team. He/she will be able to independently manage small to medium sized projects, have excellent communication skills and also be able to collaborate well with others.

**Responsibilities:*

* Client Management Support*

* Research

* Support client, industry and competitor research efforts – including obtaining press releases and other information, as needed

* Track key client stakeholders, update client organization charts and develop buyer’s maps

* Sales and Client Information Tools

* Ensure that information entered into Sales and Client Information tools is accurate/complete and entered in a timely manner

* This includes maintaining client contact information and entering client lead information, client meeting notes and account plans

* Manage pipeline reports

* Communicate to AD/BD and team about upcoming client mailings

* Support the RFP process, including providing standard responses and managing the online submission process

**Account Team Support*

* Team Meetings

* Arrange logistics for account team meetings

* Prepare meeting agendas and materials for account team meetings

* Take meeting minutes and follow up with action items required

* Information Sharing

* Maintain distribution lists

* Ensure timely sharing of information

* Inform team of upcoming milestones

* Assist with client data requests (e.g., business continuity plans, IT requirements, etc.)

* Support Account Planning activities as needed

**Contract Administration (working closely with F&A;, IT, Legal, HR and others as needed)*

* MSA/Terms & Conditions requirements

* Verify compliance, using already agreed upon security/privacy/confidentiality provisions

* Be knowledgeable about the terms of the agreement, including relationship pricing credits and discounts, if applicable

* Prompt ADs/BDs when agreements are due to expire or updates are needed (e.g., billing rate schedules)

* Support the process of new and renewing MSAs /Terms & Conditions

* Statement of Work (SOW) Management

* Assist client team with creation of SOWs, ensuring appropriate language and/or templates are used

* Coordinate with appropriate parties (Legal and/or others) to ensure smooth/timely flow of information

* Ensure AD/BD is updated on current client projects

* Act as liaison with Billing Specialists/Finance

**General Administrative Support*

* Assist with typical day-to-day administrative duties including:

* Drafting correspondence

* Ensure quality control/proofreading/editing

* Preparing client presentations

* Take initiative to coordinate workflow and prioritize business needs

* Entering weekly time and monthly expense reports

* Preparing monthly client invoices

* Maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings

* Making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries

* Filing, faxing, copying, handling incoming mail

* Answering telephones and responding to routine client requests

* Handle strictly confidential information in the most ethical/confidential manner

* Meeting/event coordination and preparation

The Requirements

* 7-10+ years of successful administrative experience with outstanding demonstration of responsibilities as presented above; recent strong experience supporting top senior executives in an organization is required

* Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills

* Strong interpersonal and project/time management skills

* Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels

* Ability to interface with clients effectively

* Strong sense of professionalism and maturity

* Advanced technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Internet Explorer

* Demonstrated expertise with PowerPoint charts and graphs

* Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, continuous improvement environment

* Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating several projects at one time

* Ability to take full ownership of assigned work

* Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines

* Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
